At Tacter, I am responsible for both Product Design and Product Management, leading the product from its earliest concept to the platform it is today. I designed and defined every step of the user experience, launching features that helped the product grow to hundreds of thousands of monthly users while balancing business needs with the expectations of gamers who rely on Tacter daily. I built a scalable design foundation with reusable components and product patterns that can support and adapt to hundreds of different games.
From zero to execution, I shaped all product solutions through research, interaction design, visual design, and continuous iteration. I worked closely with engineering and business stakeholders to align strategy, refine scope, and deliver high-impact features quickly while respecting technical constraints and ensuring long-term scalability. This end-to-end ownership allowed us to ship faster, improve product quality, and deliver measurable value for both the company and its users.
